What data do I need to share?
For a Quick Scan, a standard Shopify Products + Orders export (CSV) covers 80% of what we analyze. For Full Autopsy, you can also add a cost sheet (COGS by SKU) and an inventory snapshot. We provide a template for the cost sheet if you don't have one already formatted.
How is my data handled?
Your data is processed for the analysis and deleted within 48 hours of report delivery. We don't store, sell, or use your operational data for any purpose beyond the forensics you paid for. The upload form uses encrypted transfer.
What if my store is under $200k/yr?
The Quick Scan works for any store with at least 50 SKUs and 3 months of order history. Smaller stores typically surface 1–3 high-impact findings. Larger stores (500+ SKUs) often surface 5+. If you have fewer than 50 SKUs, email us first — we may recommend a different service.
Do I need to give you Shopify admin access?
No. We work entirely from CSV exports — you export the data yourself and upload it to the secure form. No admin access, no API credentials, no app installation required.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if the findings aren't actionable — meaning you already knew everything in the report or none of the fixes apply to your situation. We ask for a one-line reason so we can improve the engine. Refund issued within 48 hours, no questions.
